Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.

• Check-in from 4 -7  p.m. 
• Check-out before  10 a.m.

The rental price includes:

• Bedroom linen
• Kitchen and bathroom towels 
• Consumption of water, electricity and gas.
• Airconditioning in bedrooms
• WIFI 
• All taxes

EXTRA CHARGES:

Final cleaning fee: Euro 200,--  to pay in cash upon arrival 

Security deposit:

Upon arrival we request a security deposit of Euro 300,-- in cash, to be refunded at departure provided that no damages have been found at or in the property.

 Payment condition:

We request 25% downpayment of the total rental fee to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance has to be paid 6 weeks prior to check-in.
